**Cruising Dates:** June 1st to October 31st  
**Itinerary:** Greece, Italy, and Turkey  
**Crew Size:** 8 crew members  
**Guest Capacity:** Maximum 8 guests  

**Description:**  
We are seeking an experienced and talented Sole Chef to join our private motor yacht for a cruising season from June 1st to October 31st. The yacht will be traveling through the beautiful waters of Greece, Italy, and Turkey. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a variety of cuisines and able to cater to the dietary preferences of both the family and their guests.

**Responsibilities:**
- Plan, prepare, and execute meals for the owner, guests, and crew, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Create diverse and appealing menus that cater to a variety of dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Source fresh and local ingredients from ports of call, maintaining a well-stocked and organized galley.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the galley, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the stewardess to ensure seamless meal service.
- Manage provisioning and budget for the galley.
- Prepare special meals for events or special occasions as requested by the owner.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a chef on a yacht or in a high-end restaurant.
- Culinary training or relevant certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, including Mediterranean, international, and Turkish dishes.
- Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of the galley.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs and preferences of the owner and guests.
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong communication skills.
