Sole Chef

**Position:** Male Chef  
**Location:** UK country house (June to mid-July), Marbella/Spain (mid-July to end of August)  
**Type:** Live-in position  

**Responsibilities:**  
- Cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a family of five (two adults and three children aged 18, 16, and 10)  
- Ability to cater for additional guests, up to 20 people  
- Prepare international cuisine in buffet style and a la carte  
- Working 7 days a week  

**Requirements:**  
- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in high-pressure environments  
- Confidence in cooking a variety of international cuisines  
- Strong organizational and time management skills  
- Ability to work independently and under pressure  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Negotiable salary, commensurate with experience and skills
