**Position:** Sole Chef  
**Yacht:** 40m privately owned Motor Yacht (no charters)  
**Location:** Mallorca  
**Contract Type:** Seasonal, from now until October  
**Start Date:** Immediate  
**Salary:** Industry standard salary dependent on qualifications and experience  

**Essential Criteria:**
- **Cuisine Skills:** Ability to cook a wide range of cuisines for up to 8 guests and 7 crew.
- **Experience:** Minimum of one season's experience on a similar-sized boat or extensive experience in high-end restaurants.
- **Skills:** Calm, good at provisioning, well-organized, and high standards of hygiene in the galley.
- **Qualifications:** Suitably qualified with a current driving license.
- **Language:** Native English speaker or high level of English proficiency.
- **Gender:** Male (due to cabin space).
- **Documentation:** If non-EC, should have a Seaman’s Discharge Book.
- **Availability:** Preferably available for interview in Mallorca.

**Responsibilities:**
- Plan and prepare meals for up to 8 guests and 7 crew.
- Provisioning and inventory management.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the galley.
- Adapt menus to accommodate guests' dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Collaborate with stewardesses to ensure seamless service during meals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the galley.
