**Position:** Sole Chef  
**Program:** Dual season (Mediterranean & Caribbean)  
**Location:** Mediterranean & Caribbean  
**Experience:** Proven longevity and charter experience required  

**Key Requirements:**
1. Proficient in making homemade ice creams.
2. Strong baking and pastry skills.
3. Proficient in preparing vegan/vegetarian dishes.
4. Male or female candidates accepted.
5. Excellent reputation with high standards expected.
6. Ability to work effectively within a team with crew longevity onboard.

**Additional Information:**
- Confirmed charters for the upcoming Mediterranean season, including repeat clients.
- The vessel has a reputation for excellence and maintains high standards.
- Salary will be determined based on experience (DOE).
