Sole Chef

**Position:** Seasonal Chef  
**Yacht:** Private/Charter 45m Motor Yacht  
**Location:** Baltic Sea - Mediterranean  
**Start Date:** ASAP  
**Contract Duration:** Until end of September  

**Job Description:**  
We are currently seeking a Seasonal Chef to join a busy mainly private motor yacht for the Mediterranean season. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience on board 40m+ yachts and must be competent in Lebanese cuisine. Knowledge of Middle-Eastern food, Iranian, and Moroccan cuisine would be a plus. The candidate should be a great team player with a well-presented and professional attitude.

**Requirements:**  
- Minimum 1 year's experience on board 40m+ yachts  
- Competent in Lebanese cuisine; knowledge of Middle-Eastern food, Iranian, and Moroccan cuisine preferred  
- Great team player  
- Well-presented and professional attitude  

**Qualifications Required:**  
- STCW (all updated) with PDSD  
- Food & Hygiene Level 2  
- Seafarers’ Medical Certificate (Minimum 6 months validity)  

**Other Requirements:**  
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements  
- Non-smoker and no visible tattoos  

**Package:**  
- Salary in Euros  
- Pay-leave of 42 days
