Sole Chef

**Position:** Sole Chef  
**Location:** Private Yacht, Croatia  
**Start Date:** Immediate  

We are urgently seeking a professional Sole Chef (m/f) with yacht experience for a seasonal position on a private yacht based in Croatia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, be a great team player with a 'Can Do' attitude, and be fluent in English. Knowledge of Croatian is an advantage due to the all-Croatian crew.

**Responsibilities:**
- Preparing a variety of cuisines, including Asian Fusion (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese), Mexican, Mediterranean, and healthy dishes
- Working closely with the crew to provide exceptional culinary experiences
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- STCW (Fully Updated)
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate valid for at least six months
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate Level 2
- Seaman's discharge book
- Fluent in English; Croatian language skills are an advantage

**Contract Period:** Seasonal contract from June to October 2024, with the possibility to become permanent  
**Cruising Area:** Mediterranean  
**Accommodation:** Shared cabin  
**Salary Package:** 4000-5000€ per month, paid in Euros, depending on experience (DOE)
