**Description:**  
We are seeking an organized and proactive Chief Stewardess to join our new team on a newly delivered yacht. This position requires someone who can set up the interior from scratch, ensuring all operations are conducted efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate the interior team.

**Responsibilities:**
- Set up the interior of the newly delivered yacht, including organizing supplies, equipment, and crew areas.
- Oversee all aspects of the interior department, including housekeeping, laundry, and service.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the yacht.
- Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs and preferences.
- Train and supervise junior interior crew, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Develop and maintain detailed inventories and manage provisioning for interior supplies.
- Coordinate with the Captain and other department heads to ensure smooth yacht operations.
- Plan and execute interior projects and events as needed.
- Implement and maintain safety and hygiene standards in line with maritime regulations.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess or Senior Stewardess on similar-sized yachts.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
- Experience with setting up new vessels is a plus.
- Valid STCW certification and seagoing medical certificate (ENG1).
