**Position:** Chief Stewardess  
**Yacht:** 45m+ Motor Yacht  
**Experience:** Minimum 2-3 years on similar sized yachts  
**Visa Requirement:** B1/B2 Visa  

**Description:**  
Ufiy is seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 45m+ motor yacht. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience on similar-sized yachts, demonstrating proven longevity in previous roles. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 2nd Stewardess to step into their first Chief Stewardess role and showcase their leadership skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage the interior department, including housekeeping, laundry, and service.
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring guest needs are anticipated and exceeded.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, leading by example as a great team player.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the yacht.
- Collaborate with the Captain and other department heads to ensure smooth yacht operations.
- Manage inventories, provisioning, and budgeting for the interior department.
- Mentor and train junior interior crew members, promoting their professional development.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Stewardess on similar-sized yachts.
- Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, showcasing reliability and commitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, bubbly personality, and strong team player mentality.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- B1/B2 visa required due to the yacht's program.
