**Description:**  
Ufiy is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 45m+ motor yacht. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience on similar-sized yachts and proven longevity in previous positions. This is a great opportunity for an experienced 2nd Stewardess to step into their first Chief Stewardess role.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all aspects of the interior department, including housekeeping, laundry, and service.
- Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs and preferences.
- Manage and lead the interior team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Ensure the interior is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate with the Captain and other department heads to ensure smooth yacht operations.
- Manage inventories, provisioning, and budgets for the interior department.
- Train and mentor junior interior crew members.

**Qualifications:**
- 2-3 years of experience as a Stewardess on similar-sized yachts.
- Proven longevity in previous positions.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and bubbly personality.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- B1/B2 visa required due to the yacht's program.
