**Skills and Attributes Required:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts 50m or larger
- Excellent customer relations skills and attention to detail
- Strong team management and leadership abilities
- Highly organized with robust administrative skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor

**Qualifications Required:**
- STCW (Fully Updated) with Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate
- Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2
- Valid B1/B2 Visa (Essential)
- Purser qualification (desirable but not mandatory)
- Females only due to cabin arrangements
- Non-smoker and no visible tattoos
