Chief Steward(ess)

**Position:** Chief Stewardess  
**Yacht:** 40m+ Motor Yacht  
**Location:** South of France (SOF)  
**Start Date:** ASAP  

**Description:**  
We are looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join our 40m+ motor yacht cruising the South of France. The ideal candidate will have at least one season of experience in a Chief Stewardess role and be ready to start immediately.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage the interior team, ensuring all duties are performed to the highest standard.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation throughout the yacht.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
- Train and supervise junior interior crew, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
- Manage inventories, provisioning, and organization of interior supplies.
- Coordinate with the Captain and other department heads to ensure smooth yacht operations.
- Plan and execute interior projects and events.
- Implement and maintain safety and hygiene standards in line with maritime regulations.

**Qualifications:**
- At least one season of experience as a Chief Stewardess on a similar-sized yacht.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1 seafarer medical certificate.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
