**Position:** Chief Officer/1st Mate  
**Yacht:** Private/Charter 45m M/Y  
**Start Date:** By 17 June  
**Location:** West Coast USA / South Pacific / Australia  
**Package:** Paid in USD, 38 days leave

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Officer/1st Mate for a Private/Charter 45m M/Y. This position requires a professional with strong leadership, organizational, and bridge management skills.

**Skills and Attributes Required:**
- Minimum 1 year experience as First Officer/Chief Officer on 40m+ M/Y
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
- Strong bridge management skills
- Proven experience with Sperry navigation is a plus
- Safe and competent tender driver
- Charter experience is a plus
- Professional presentation

**Qualifications Required:**
- OOW minimum
- STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate
- Ship Security Officer (SSO) certification
- Advanced Fire Fighting Certificate
- Valid B1/B2 Visa (essential)
- Non-smoker with no visible tattoos
